General Terms and Conditions – Alvero Atelier

Welcome to Alvero atelier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following general terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our website alveroatelier.com , operated by Alvero Atelier, for customers within the Netherlands and Belgium.

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all items on our website are in stock. In the rare event that an item is no longer available after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices displayed on the website are stated in EUR, unless expressly indicated otherwise.

Orders are shipped directly to the customer from a location outside the European Union.

For such shipments, Alvero Atelier uses Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping in accordance with Incoterms 2020.

For DDP shipments, the applicable import formalities, import duties, import VAT and other customs-related costs are handled by the logistics partners. The customer will not be charged separately for these after placing the order.

The tax treatment of an order may vary depending on the destination country, the value of the shipment and the applicable laws and regulations. Alvero Atelier ensures the tax processing in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Any shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout before the order is definitively placed.

Alvero Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order, but does not yet constitute acceptance. Acceptance takes place when your order has been shipped.

Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Payment

Payments can be made securely via the payment methods available at checkout, including, among others, iDEAL, BanContact, credit card and other offered payment methods.

Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim to ship orders within 4-8 business days .
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination (the Netherlands or Belgium).

Alvero Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers or for lost products

7. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt , provided that the items are unwashed, unworn and in their original condition.

Because our items are delivered without labels or tags, their absence is not a valid reason to refuse a return.

To request a return, you can send an email to our customer service at info@alveroatelier.com

Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Return shipping costs from the Netherlands & Belgium are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

Products purchased via the sale page cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of Alvero Atelier and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alvero Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
