Shipping – Alvero Atelier

At Alvero Atelier, we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process.

This shipping policy applies to orders within the Netherlands.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we have received your payment.

Due to increased demand around new collections and holiday periods, processing and shipping may sometimes take a little longer. We apologize for the long wait and any delay.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a track & trace code.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed automatically during checkout, depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 4-8 business days
Belgium: 4-8 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to high volumes at the carrier, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Partners

We ship our orders via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL or BPost, depending on the destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number by email. You can use this to track the shipment of your package.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Has your order not arrived within the expected timeframe? Please contact us at info@alveroatelier.com

Although we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we will always do our best to find a solution together with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Carefully check your shipping details before placing your order.
Alvero Atelier is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
